2nd SHOW - Shows start promptly at 8:00 pm, dancers need to arrive at 7:15 pm to the El Dorado County Fairgrounds. 

• Dancers need to be checked into their designated dressing room with show hair and makeup done. They need to be wearing tights and their nude under-leotard, no underwear please. 

• Dancers will want to wear comfy/ loose clothes over their leotard to and from rehearsal, please do not arrive or leave in your costume. 

• Always pack a neat snack along with a bottle of water.

• Combo class dancers (ONLY) can be checked out at intermission (Make arrangements with us to get your backstage badge and make arrangements if you plan to return for the finale)

• All other non-combo class dancers must stay until the show is over. Please plan accordingly.

Backstage Guidelines- We take your dancers safety very seriously, after the drop-off time, a name badge is required to enter the backstage area. There is limited space backstage with a very high level of activity, and dressing rooms are designated as private areas. 

• Work Volunteers: If you are signed up to work, you will receive a badge, allowing you access to the dressing rooms. During the show we keep outside doors locked with a volunteer present.

• If your child needs assistance, we will reach out to you.

• Family and Friends: Family members and friends are not permitted backstage or in the dressing rooms during rehearsals or performances, including intermissions and after the show. Please remind your family and guests to respect these guidelines. Those who wish to greet performers should do so in the lobby areas before or after the show.
